Fredericia excels on the stage with fantastic musical performances, most recently in collaboration with Disney. Many of the stars are homegrown at the Danish Academy of Musical Theatre. The venue Det Bruunske Pakhus has attracted Danish and international music acts to the city for years, and Fredericia also hosts several annual events such as the traditional 6th of July celebrations, summer rock concerts, the Madsby Rock Festival, Culture Night and a blues and jazz festival. In addition, our galleries, museums, sculptures, associations, library and cinema offer a myriad of experiences for both young and old. Young people have their own centre with space for creative expression.
